Commonly Asked Questions

Why do you charge more for schedulers than employees?

Schedulers are persons in your organization who use the software to create/change work schedules for employees and perform schedule management tasks like assigning tasks to employees, approving their time off requests, etc. They have access to far more features than employees who can only view and work with their own schedules.

Can I add/delete schedulers and employees in my subscription?

You can adjust your subscription to add or remove schedulers as well as employees after subscribing.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Typically, a major credit card (VISA, Master Card, AMEX) is required to pay for your subscription. Alternatively, you can pre-pay your subscription using checks, company purchase orders, and wire transfers.

Can I cancel at any time?

We’d hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we’ll give you a full refund. If you ever need to cancel, just email Customer Support. or call us at 1-800-450-4230. Note that after 30 days, no refund will be given for any unused portion of your subscription.
